Miss Nellie Herrlich, age 75 years, a native of New Palestine, died Monday morning in her home.
Miss Herrlich was born August 13, 1893, the daughter of Max and Mary Bechert Herrlich. She was a member of Zion United Church of Christ at New Palestine, the Woman's Guild of the church and an officer of the Sunday School for many years. She also held membership in the New Palestine Chapter Order of Eastern Star.
Miss Herrlich assisted her sister in the operation of the Max Herrlich & Son Funeral Home in New Palestine in former years.
Surviving are two sisters, Mrs. Julia Henderson of New Palestine, and Mrs. Lucile Call of Steubenville, Ohio; and several nieces and nephews.
Funeral services will be conducted at 2 p. m. Wednesday from the Zion United Church of Christ with interment in New Palestine Cemetery.
Friends may call at the Hendryx Mortuaries New Palestine Chapel from 2 p. m. Tuesday until noon Wednesday and after that time at the church.
